They have wine tasting and craft and music events at the Lake Ridge Winery . It is located north on the US 27 about 20 minutes away. Lake Louisa State Park is only five minutes north of Weston Hills. If you do not want to go the beach, they have one on the lakeside with picnic tables, nature trails and wildlife!
Or visit Clermont itself, north on US 27, then left on US 50 and follow the signs for 'historic downtown'. It's a pretty town with old style shops, a lake with walks, and look out for special events, especially on the first Friday of the month or at holiday times.
Weston Hills is a select, community located on the US 27, 2 miles north of the junction with the US 192. In the neighbourhood is the community centre (5 minutes walking distance) with 2 adult pools, children's interactive swimming pool, large playground, BBQ Area, tennis court, sand volleyball court, basketball court & football pitch.
Nearby are Disney Amusement Parks (10 minutes), Universal Studios (20 minutes), Sea World, water parks, Downtown Disney, Golf (several courses from 5 to 30 minutes), miniature golf (several courses), shopping, restaurants, cinemas, sightseeing, hiking & biking.
