For your enjoyment we have provided a LCD HDTV and a home cinema DVD. It incorporates the dining area which is perfect for those special occasions.

The spacious family room opens out onto the pool area This very  open-plan living area provides a spacious and comfortable LOUNGE with its reclining leather sofa & Chaise-lounge. The children will love this area with its 50” state of the art plasma & play station consel. The stunning table setting is the perfect place for breakfast with the best view Florida has to offer.  

Our kitchen has plenty of cupboards, ample counter top, and every conceivable utensil for guests who wish to prepare a culinary feast or just a simple buffet lunch. There is an abundance of crockery, glassware pots and pans for when you want to stay in and dine. There is a fridge/freezer with ice maker, cooking range, dishwasher, microwave, waste disposal, blender, juicer, coffee maker, and of course a kettle

This heavenly en-suite room overlooks the pool area and has a sumptuous Kings-size bed (over 6ft wide). Boasting a luxurious memory foam mattress you can sink into the soft furnishings and enjoy the luxurious feel of the bedding. To complete the ambience of the room there is a large leather re clining swivel chair  to enjoy the view over the countryside, or just to watch your own choice of programmes or DVD on the stylish LCD screen.
 

Our fantastic Queen room is a place of opulence and romance which will appeal to the romantic in you. It to has a LCD TV with DVD player, large wardrobe/closet, dressing table, two bedside cabinets ensuring more than enough drawer for two.

We have two  stylish twin bedded rooms either of which can be personalised with your own choice of bedding and furnishings making them suitable for children of all ages from 1 to 100. They each have a flat screen remote controlled LCD TV/DVD, large wardrobe/closet, bedside table and lamps.

Our west facing pool enjoys the Florida sun from mid morning till late in the evening. Our fully screened pool-deck area back onto a huge conservation area which is a haven for local wildlife. It truly is a serene place to wile away the time when rest and relaxation are the order of the day. We provide sun-loungers, chairs and tables which can be placed around the pool or in the secluded garden. Fencing is on both sides of the pool-deck ensuring total privacy.

You will love the real fun games room with its full size pool table, basket ball game & table tennis. The room is decorated with neon lit real guitar and USA style table & chairs. We have selected the finest games for your fun and enjoyment.

We provide a selection of films and books for your use while staying. There is a utility room with a full capacity washer and a separate dryer.
